Not only does the ACA host an Opening Reception for all attendees on the first night of the conference, but all coffee breaks throughout the week are also hosted in the exhibit area.
Booth Information
FOR-PROFIT: Each 10x10 space is $2,550 and includes two full meeting passes, pipe and drape back/side walls, booth signage, and free internet. Exhibits will be in the Rocky Mountain Ballroom of the Denver Tech Center.
NON-PROFIT: Each 10x10 space is $1,120 and includes one full meeting pass, pipe and drape back/side walls, booth signage, and free internet. Exhibits will be in the Rocky Mountain Ballroom of the Denver Tech Center.
Registration
Name badges and event tickets are required for all events. Name badges and event tickets for all personnel from exhibiting companies must be picked up at the registration area. Each regular (for-profit) booth reservation includes two regular registrations with non-profits receiving one full registration. If you are presenting then you must register separately as a regular attendee.
Appropriate Conduct
All participants are expected to observe the rules and behaviors described in the Code of Conduct in all conference venues, including online venues, and conference social events.
Refund Policy for Exhibitors:
Cancellation requests should be made in writing to ACA Headquarters.
For cancellations initiated by the exhibitor and written cancellation requests received on or before June 1, 2024, all booth rental fees will be returned to the exhibitor.
After June 1, 2024, no refunds will be made.
If the meeting is canceled by the society at any time, all booth fees will be refunded in full. Beyond booth fees, neither Exhibit Management, the Denver Marriott Tech Center, nor will the society assume any responsibility for travel, booth furnishings, design and marketing fees, or any other expense related to the exhibition.

The ACA welcomes session donations from many different sources in the structural science community. Sponsors can choose to provide general meeting support, fund student participation or sponsor specific session or event. Session sponsorship is paired with funding provided by the ACA to assist many of our speakers with their travel expenses associated with attending ACA2024.
